Remote: Use parameters instead of thread-local storage to provide tracing metadata. (Part 5) Change MissingDigestsFinder#findMissingDigests and RemoteExecutionClient#executeRemotely to use RemoteActionExecutionContext. Removed all the usages of io.grpc.Context in the client code.
