Bug fix: a call to OutputJar::ReserveCdh potentially invalidates the addresses returned by the previous calls of the same method. Keep each such address in a separate scope. RELNOTES: Crash in OutputJar::Close has been fixed PiperOrigin-RevId: 182286718
