Plumb dependency info from DataSource-->PlaceholderIdFieldInitializerBuilder No semantic changes. The ultimate goal is to get a String from com.google.devtools.build.android.SerializedAndroidData to com.google.devtools.build.android.resources.FieldInitializer to be able to annotate initializers with their provenance.
