| This repository contains the history of a single file, the bazel |
| distribution archive. Distribution archives are generated by |

| bazel build //:bazel-distfile |

| on a checkout of the respective bazel version. The bazel sources are |
| available at https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel. Distribution archives |
| are also generated for each release (under the name bazel-<version>-dist.zip). |
| Usually, updates are only done for releases by simply copying the |
| distribution archive of the release to bazel-distfile.zip in this |
| repository. |
