remove inaccurate sentence from DependencyResolver comments

The comments for DependencyResolver.dependentNodeMap implied that visiting of
visibility attributes could be controlled with a visitVisibility
parameter. However, no such parameter exists, and the code unconditionally
visits visibility attributes.
