third_party/grpc-cf-event-engine-layering.patch

Adds the trace dependency that cf_event_engine's sources include, which
otherwise fails layering_check with toolchains that enforce it (such as the
hermetic LLVM toolchains). Upstream fixed this in grpc 1.78.0.
